After you placed the articles of your choice in your shopping chart you will be asked to log in with an existing account or enter your personal information to create a new account. You can also use the cardnumber of your customercard in case you have one. After logging in you can check and correct your personal information. You can finalize the order by clicking ‘Bestelling afronden’ and following the instructions to make your payment by Paypal, Bank transfer, Credit Card or Giftcard.
All items are packed with great care and sent with PostNL or an external transporter.
In our webshop our products are carefully described and imaged. If, despite all efforts, the product information is incorrect we are not bound to this apparent error. We reserve the right to correct this.
Our offers can change by day. Each sales channel has its own offers and discounts. Webshop-offers are not valid in our physical store and vice versa.
Our webshop stock is updated hourly. After receiving your payment we will process your order. When an article sells out in the intervening period, we will contact you via e-mail.
Sale prices are for stock items only. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee stock due to the large crowds in our store. When the article gets out of stock we will refund the purchase price without notice.

When an article is defective upon receipt, please notify us via the following form. Click here to report a defective article. After your report we will contact you via e-mail to resolve this.
Upon receipt of the article you have a period of 14 days to decide whether or not you want to keep your purchase. When you decide it does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it, then please register your return shipment through the following return form. Go to the return submit form.
Naturally we expect that the article is unused, undamaged and in its original packing.
Send the article back within 14 days after notification. Upon receipt we will refund you. Please note that the return-shipping costs will not be reimbursed. We reserve the right to refund only part of the original amount and even refuse to accept the return shipment when we suspect that the parcel has been opened or has been damaged during transport. We cannot accept unannounced returns.
